Walk with Ease
This is an evidence-based class proven to help people with arthritis or other related conditions reduce pain.

Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this is a 6-week class that will meet 3 times per week. Learn how walking can ease your pain and increase your health. Participants will learn about the benefits of walking and how to start or maintain a walking routine.
