As our nation prepares to celebrate America’s 250th birthday in 2026, families statewide have a unique opportunity to take part in a meaningful, statewide celebration. And it’s FREE.

Let Freedom Ring 250 is a virtual, family-friendly Discovery Hunt created by a Utah resident, sponsored by the Discovery Family Coalition. The Utah Prevention Network and the Utah Prevention Coalition Association have given a ‘thumbs up’ to the prevention strategies incorporated into each Adventure. The initiative encourages individuals, families, churches, youth groups, and community organizations to explore the landmarks, history, and civic heritage that make their own communities part of the American story.

Rather than marking this historic anniversary with a single event, Let Freedom Ring 250 invites Utahns to celebrate throughout the year — strengthening families, honoring freedom, and renewing appreciation for the principles on which our nation was founded.

Residents are encouraged to invite friends, neighbors, and extended family members to join them in participating and celebrating together.
